This LSA project focused on a durable custom gate and fence solution designed for a working commercial setting where security and daily access both matter. A custom gate and fence installation is a made-to-measure system of gates, fence panels, and posts built to fit a property’s openings, security needs, and traffic flow.
We provided welded fabrication for a steel/wrought iron style metal fence and coordinated gates to suit both vehicle and foot traffic. The scope included a commercial gate layout with driveway gate gate-leaves aligned for smooth swing operation, plus provisions for a pedestrian gate and alley gate access where needed. Heavy-duty posts/columns were set plumb for long-term stability, with reinforced hinges and a secure latch/lock interface to prevent sag and ensure consistent closure. Fence panels were built with vertical pickets/infill for visibility and strength, tied into the framework with clean welds and tight, even spacing.
All components were finished with a powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and a uniform, low-maintenance appearance. The system is automation-ready for an automatic gate upgrade, with planned clearances for an operator/motor, access control wiring, and safety elements such as photo eyes and controlled entry hardware.
