At hidden trail, we completed a custom gate and fence project that complements the home’s clean Mediterranean architecture with a crisp, modern horizontal-line profile. A custom gate and fence installation is “a site-built entry system where the gates, fence panels, and hardware are fabricated to fit the property’s exact openings, grade, and security needs.”
The scope included a wide double-swing driveway gate and matching metal fence runs that read as one continuous frontage. The gate leaves were built with welded fabrication and tight horizontal pickets/infill for privacy while still allowing airflow and street visibility. Fence panels were aligned to adjacent posts/columns for consistent reveals, and all attachment points were reinforced for long-term rigidity. We set and tied into existing stucco columns with steel posts where needed, then finished the full assembly in a durable powder coat finish for coastal-grade protection and easy maintenance.
For access control, the driveway gate was outfitted as an automatic gate with dual linear operators/motors mounted low for clean sightlines and reliable clearance. Hinges were tuned for smooth swing, and the latch/receiver hardware was set for positive closure. Safety and control provisions were incorporated to support secure daily use and future integration.
