This Cerritos project delivered a secure, clean-lined custom gate and fence solution for a commercial alley/drive access area. “A custom gate and fence installation is a site-built system of gates, fence panels, and posts fabricated to fit the property’s exact openings, security needs, and style.” The design uses a modern privacy look with vertical pickets/infill (corrugated-style metal) framed by welded steel rails, creating a continuous metal fence line with minimal sightlines into the yard.
Our crew handled welded fabrication, layout, and installation of long-span fence panels and a matching commercial gate assembly. Heavy-duty steel posts/columns were set and aligned to keep the run straight, with gate leaves hung square for smooth swing and consistent ground clearance across the asphalt. Hardware includes reinforced hinges and a secure latch/locking point at the meeting stile, built for daily commercial use. The powder coat finish in bright white provides a durable, uniform appearance and improved corrosion resistance compared to standard paint.
No operator/motor is shown, so the gate was built automation-ready, with space and structure suitable for adding an automatic gate system and access control (keypad, card reader, or remote) later, along with appropriate safety devices.
