BOLD GATE DESIGN
Our client request us to design an impressive gate, for his castle-property in Beverly Hills. we came up with this castle-black style hardwood gate.
After clients approval for plans and sketches, we started fabricating the gate frame.
Such bold gate got some weight on it. so first we built heavy duty gate frame, made with extra thick galvanized posts.
after painting to protect the frame from rust & corrosion we cover the frame with wood planks.

the method for solid wooden driveway gate is to start with solid metal frame.
using ope wood with tiny grooves we construct solid wood cover over the iron frame.
finishijg this gate took over 10 Gallons of stain & varnish, and over 50 man hours to sand, stain & varnish.
Installation of such a gate is complicated, it requires heavy equipment to drill, stabilize & maneuver the pre-fabricated gate.
we take great care of the gate to prevent any last minute bumps, specially during transportation & installation.
